The room was big, new, and clean. The location was near Taksim Metro with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Madina, was nice and very helpful. The internet speed was fast.
For us, it was ideal.

taksim gezi park was quite close and to taksim subway station you can get within 5 minutes walk. appreciated almost everything, including staff and location, they were very good.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, with easy access to public transportation to Sabiha Airport. It is also close to modern shops and restaurants. You can expect clean rooms with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. the staff is accommodating and assists with any inquiries.
The communication between the hotel and the guest regarding pricing needs improvement.

We loved our stay at this hotel just right by the Taksim square - it was incredibly convenient to be near to transportation and all the sights. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, with a new and clean room. Wi-fi was fast and free water was available in abundance. The staff was kind and endlessly helpful, with the receptionist and night receptionist both speaking good English.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a wonderful experience at the Net House Hotel! The location was perfect, right by Taksim Square, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was big, new, and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making me feel welcome. The elevator was unique and added a special touch to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city center.

The staff was friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short walk from a major square and a lively pedestrian street. The free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to, and there was always plenty of drinking water available.
The bed was uncomfortable with a soft, lumpy mattress, making it difficult to sleep well. The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbor's TV and phone conversations throughout the night, which was very disruptive.

My weekend stay was fantastic thanks to a great location; within steps of popular tourist spots and transportation options. the all-English speaking staff were especially accommodating and always helpful with suggestions and directions. the WiFi was great, fast and strong connection throughout the property.
The walls were thin and noise from neighboring rooms was constantly heard. There was no room cleaning service, but that didn't matter to me since I was out sightseeing most of the day.
